

It is best to use the grapes produced in ones own vineyard to make ones own wine.
However, there are currently vineyards and wineries in Arizona willing to enter into agreements with farmers to purchase grapes. Selling ones grapes to existing wineries precludes the need to produce wine and find a market for it.
If one is planning on producing wines, it is highly advisable to locate a market for your wines prior to the start of production. For example, new wine drinkers prefer a sweeter wine than the more experienced wine drinkers. Thus, if one's consumer target is a younger wine drinkers one should produce sweeter wines. There are wineries that Special Label for organizations, like corporations for gifts and meeting, hotels, weddings, sporting events and a host of other occasions. Some wineries produce wine for a club or a group of wine investors who enjoy exclusive hand crafted wines. The more specific and detailed the targeted market, the greater the likelihood of success.
